By booking or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following:
- All services are provided by trained professionals to the best of our ability.
- Clients must inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before services.
- We are not responsible for reactions if no prior information is given.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client.
- Any damage caused intentionally to salon property will be charged.
Refund Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
- If you are not satisfied, you must inform us immediately.
- We may offer:
- Service correction (free of charge),
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Services already accepted by the client
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.
Payment Policy
- We accept:
Cash , Card (POS) , Bank Transfer , Pay by Link - Full payment must be made immediately after service completion.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations no charge.
- All prices are in AED and exclusive of 5 % VAT
